Payment, Shipping and Fees:
For items not picked up locally, we offer a palletizing service for a minimum charge of for this item. This is not included in the sale price and items will only be palletized at buyer request once payment for the item and the service has been received. This fee includes professional preparation, palletizing, banding, wrapping, and loading of an item so it meets common carrier requirements and is ready for an LTL carrier to transport. Some items may be pictured on a pallet unsecured. Most LTL carriers do not consider unsecured items to be properly prepared for shipping and will refuse pick up in this condition. Freight rates provided by bidadoo post-auction include all palletizing and preparation fees.
Buyers will be assessed a .00 administrative and handling fee for the local pickup of item(s) as shown above (not palletized/banded). Purchases shall become the responsibility of the Buyer and shall be at the risk of the Buyer following the end of this auction. Bidadoo will not be responsible for loss or damage to any property following the end of this auction. The Buyer agrees to obtain all permits and certification as required by law for use, and maintain or modify all purchases as required by law.  While personnel at loading sites may assist Buyers, Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the loading, securing, transportation, and unloading of purchased goods.  Buyer to hold bidadoo harmless for any property damage or injuries related to the loading, securing, transportation, and unloading.
Freight and Transportation. The Buyer is responsible for all freight and other costs related to transporting the goods from the posted auction location. These costs include, but are not limited to, certificates and/or permits required to move the goods within or across state, province and/or country borders. Buyers are advised to have all such certificates and permits issued and completed prior to transporting the goods; otherwise Buyer may be subject to cleaning, permit, and/or other fees if the goods are stopped and held at a Port of Entry to a state, province or country. Buyers may arrange transportation of goods through bidadoo or through a third party, but bidadoo will not be liable for any acts or omissions arising from such third party transportation and claims no responsibility for the actions of any transportation provider. Buyers may not transport the goods until full payment (including any applicable sales tax and Handling Fees) have been received by and posted by bidadoo.
Buyer, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of a company or otherwise, in any capacity whatsoever, and the company he represents, both jointly and severally agree to indemnify and save harmless bidadoo, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, successors and its Consignors for any and all actions, cases of action, suits, damages, costs and losses of any nature, arising from the purchase or use of any item. Buyer further agrees that all rights and defenses available to bidadoo hereunder shall extend to the Consignor.
Buyer acknowledges that the Auction Site and anywhere the property to be sold is located or displayed is a potentially dangerous place. Heavy equipment is being operated, potentially dangerous materials may be present, electric circuits may be live, and other potential dangers may exist. Each person at the Auction Site (and other areas where the property is located or displayed), at all times shall be there at their own risk. No person shall have any claim against the Auctioneer, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained or death to any person or persons whomsoever nor for damages to or loss or property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. Buyer also acknowledges responsibility for any injury or death to any person or persons whomsoever or property damage caused by Buyer, his agents or his employees.
BIDADOO ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE SALES PRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS AND 0. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Here at Top Rated Tools, we aim to deliver to you efficiently and cheaply, the majority of our products are available on an economy service for free but we do offer the option for expedited delivery.
We will dispatch items within 48 working hours of the order being processed. We process all order up until 2.30pm, after this time the order is processed the following day. For example, if you purchase at 5.00pm on Monday, your order is processed on Tuesday and we will have the item dispatched by Thursday at the latest.
We try to keep all our stock levels as accurate as possible but as we sell on multiple platforms sometimes there can be errors that lead us to not having stock of your item, if this happens we will offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.

Due to the vast amount of remote locations we cannot build in the facility for postage to know where you are based when ordering. Royal Mail
We use Royal Mail for all packages under 2kg, the following guidelines apply for our standard packets:
UK- 3-5 working day delivery after dispatch
EU- 5-7 working day delivery after dispatch
Non-EU- 7-10 working day delivery after dispatch
We have the ability to track the items but not the facility to upload all the tracking details, therefore if you are worried about the location of your item please contact us prior to opening a case with eBay, we can usually deal with all issues before having to open cases with eBay or PayPal.
I think my item is lost
It's very rare for parcels to be genuinely lost by Royal Mail however they can on occasions be delayed by:
Mis-routing in the delivery network or...
Incomplete delivery addresses or...
The most common reason for non delivery of parcels sent via Royal Mail is that they are too large for a standard letterbox and have been taken back to the local Royal Mail Delivery Office or Enquiry Office.
Postmen and women may also leave parcels with neighbours, behind bins or in outhouses etc.
Still no luck...
If you have waited 10 working days from receipt of our despatch email please contact us using the 'Ask a Question' link on the item listing. We will need the following points confirming:
You have visited your local Royal Mail Delivery Office or Enquiry Office (Not the Post Office)
Your full delivery address including postcode
That you have checked with neighbours and other occupants at the delivery address
Your contact phone number
You agree to return to us, at our cost, any replacement items which subsequently turn up
You agree that we can pass your details to Royal Mail and that you will respond to enquiries from them.
What we will do
Where you have confirmed in writing that your item has not been received and all of the above information has been provided we will arrange a replacement item. Royal Mail will not allow claims until 15 working days have passed from dispatch and we reserve the right to wait until this time has passed before we replace lost items.
Sadly instances of fraud are on the increase. The cost of fraud has to be passed on to all buyers in the form of higher costs. Because of this all reports of lost items are reported to Royal Mail who may contact you to confirm the circumstances of the loss. For your security and to minimise theft, where the item is valuable or you have a history of non-receipt we may also ask you to report the loss via eBay before we can action any replacement.
There are many ways to contact Top Rated Tools but the quickest and easiest way to get in touch with us via the eBay messaging system. We answer our eBay messages at regular intervals and will get back to you with an answer within 24hours.
You can also contact us via the phone if you have a customer service problem or if you would like to complete an eBay payment through credit or debit card. This is available from the Business Details section on eBay. We do not sell items outside of eBay so please do not contact us in an attempt to do so.
Here at Top Rated Tools, we encourage customers to contact us directly if you have a problem with an item or delivery of an item. We are usually able to deal with any problem and remedy it without using the eBay appeals case, we encourage customer's to use this only as a last resort and we will do everything we can to help you and make sure you get the best customer service possible.
